I specialise in family law and head ThomasHaywood's family team in Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone. I handle all areas of family law, but have a particular focus on complex financial disputes and children matters, as well as cases with substantial assets and international elements, pre- and post-nuptial arrangements, domestic violence and civil partnerships.

My aim is always to give my clients the support they need to solve problems and move on with their lives, whether that means helping to ease the trauma of a difficult break up, or assisting couples at the start of their lives together, with a cohabitation or pre-nuptial agreement. A solicitor since 1997, and a qualified mediator, I have the experience to help you resolve issues in any aspect of family life in a cost-effective, constructive, non-confrontational way.

I founded ThomasHaywood Solicitors, along with Jill Thomas, in 2011. Before that I was a partner at a well-respected Kent firm. I am also a member of the Family Mediators Association and The Law Society Family Section.

The prestigious legal guide, Chambers & Partners, ranks me as a leading expert in family law in Kent, and the 2014 edition says 'One client notes: "from the outset her advice and understanding of the complexities of the case have been outstanding".'

I am an avid fan of motor racing, F1 in particular, and try to travel to a race each year.
